Job Details

This position is responsible for ensuring all materials are transported and/or unloaded in a timely manner while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Job duties could include, but are not limited to:Keep production lines adequately supplied with needed material. Perform vat and vat cover inspection and documentation. Monitor defrosting product. Load and unload proper materials from the line dumpers. Move properly weighed and ticketed and labeled material to correct storage or staging area. Maintain production area in a manner that will provide the most efficient production and highest quality work area to include: washing of dropped product, removal of debris from floors and wiping condensation from overheads. Collapse and combine combo bins or boxes for transporting to compactor. Proper care and use of equipment is required to include: proper checking-in and out of thermometers, power equipment and recording supplies.
